Terms of Service

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.

You retain all rights and ownership of any content you create using Scene Zero, including screenplays, title pages, and associated project data.

Scene Zero does not claim any ownership over your content. We store your content solely to provide the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you create, store, and export using the Service.

You agree not to use the Service to: upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems; interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service; use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably believe you are violating these Terms.

Scene Zero offers a 5-day free trial. A valid credit card is required to start a free trial.

During the free trial, you have full access to the Service.

If you do not cancel before the end of the free trial period, your paid subscription will begin automatically and your payment method will be charged at the applicable rate for your selected plan.

You may cancel your free trial at any time before it ends to avoid being charged.

If your subscription is cancelled or expires, your account will be converted to read-only access. You will be able to view and export your existing scripts, but you will not be able to create or edit content until you purchase a paid plan.

Your scripts and data will be preserved after cancellation. We will not delete your content due to subscription expiration.

Some features of the Service are available only to users who have purchased a paid plan. You may be required to pay associated fees before you can access the full Service.

All payments made to Scene Zero are non-refundable, unless otherwise specified in writing.

Our payment processing is conducted by Stripe. You are responsible for agreeing to any additional terms set forth by Stripe. You agree to our use of Stripe and other similar third-party vendors needed to deliver the Service to you.

We may alter, suspend, discontinue, or add terms to any aspect of the Service at any time without liability or notice to you.

We may limit the availability of any feature, content, or data, and may restrict your access to parts or all of the Service without liability or notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Service.

The Scene Zero name, logo, website design, and application code are the property of Scene Zero. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

This does not apply to your content — you own everything you create (see Section 2).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Scene Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Scene Zero is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
