Scene Zero ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website scenezeropro.com and the Scene Zero application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our service.

- Script data: We store your screenplays, title pages, and associated project data so you can access them across sessions.
- Feedback submissions: If you submit feedback through the in-app form, we collect your name, email, feedback type, and message.

We do NOT collect payment information directly. All payments are processed securely through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

- To save and sync your scripts across sessions
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, or support requests
- To process payments through Stripe
- To analyze anonymous usage patterns to improve the product
We do NOT sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

- Your data is stored securely using Supabase, with servers located in the United States.
- We use row-level security policies to ensure users can only access their own data.
- All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
- While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
4. Third-Party Services
- Supabase: Authentication and database hosting
- Vercel: Application hosting
- Stripe: Payment processing
These third-party services have their own privacy policies governing how they handle your data.
5. Your Rights
- You can access, update, or delete your account information at any time through the application.
- You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account entirely by contacting us at support@scenezeropro.com.
- If you delete your account, your scripts and personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

- Scene Zero uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management.
- We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
7. Children's Privacy
Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
